Medication Management & Supportive Therapy: Comprehensive care by Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners with expertise in mental health and holistic practices. Our team members are trained in several different therapy modalities. We offer accountability and personalized support to navigate life’s challenges.
Holistic Wellness: Mind-body therapies to promote balance and well-being. Team members are trained in several alternative approches including aromatherapy, Tai Chi and Yoga.
Workshops & Groups: While partnering with the nonprofit, Palarm Creek Farms, we are able to offer community-focused healing sessions.

Hello! I’m Stephanie Burnett, and I am so excited you are here! We have dreamt of offering community whole health with a mental health emphasis for some while. It only makes sense as I have helped create this system for national healthcare systems; therefore, why not for our local communities!
As the owner of Salt + Light Holistic Health, I envision a mental health clinic that provides the resources for you to find the root of faulty systems for true health and healing. We have developed a nonprofit, Palarm Creek Farms, to work in tandem with the clinic to provide additional resourses to create a venue like no other in Central Arkansas that truly offers a holistic health approach to care.
My Master’s Degree as a Clinical Nurse Leader is all about identifying gaps in care. We surely have a “gap in care” within community mental health. With my post-certificate as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I am able to provide care as a provider to change the system with our method to be a pioneer in the gold standard to care. With Salt + Light and Palarm, we are going to break the trational care model and provide an transformation to care to you which will translate to geneartions to come!
